Privacy Policy

FootLegion is the data controller responsible for the personal data described in this Policy. We decide how and why your data is processed.

Google account data (Google Sign-In)

When you sign in with Google, we receive the following from your Google account:

• your name,
• your profile picture (avatar),
• your email address,
• your Google account identifier (Google ID).

We request only these items, and we use them solely to create and secure your account, sign you in, and link your progress to your profile. We do not request access to your Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, contacts, or any other Google data.

Information you provide

• Date of birth — used to confirm you meet the 16+ age requirement.
• Optional profile details you choose to add, and the country you represent in the game.
• Content you submit to missions and feeds (such as photos, videos, and captions), which may be shown to other users.
• Messages you send us, for example support requests.

Gameplay data

Data generated as you play — goals, balls, levels, rounds, streaks, achievements, collected cards, ratings, leaderboard standings, and similar in-game activity.

Notifications

If you opt in to push notifications, we store a device notification token so we can deliver them. You can turn notifications off at any time in your browser or device settings.

Technical and usage data

Collected automatically when you use the Service: IP address, the approximate region derived from it, device and browser type, operating system, language, access times, and diagnostic and usage logs. This helps us run, secure, and improve the Service.

We process personal data to:

• create, authenticate, and manage your account — to perform our contract with you;
• provide the game and its features, track your progress, and display rankings and feeds — to perform our contract with you;
• send push notifications — based on your consent;
• verify that you meet the 16+ requirement — to comply with our legal obligations and our legitimate interest in age-appropriate access;
• operate, secure, debug, and improve the Service and prevent fraud and abuse — based on our legitimate interests;
• respond to your requests and provide support — to perform our contract and for our legitimate interests;
• comply with applicable law — to meet our legal obligations.

Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time (see Your rights).

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only in these situations:

• Service providers. We use trusted providers to host the Service, deliver push notifications, and analyze usage. They process data only on our instructions and under confidentiality obligations.
• Other players (by design). Because FootLegion is a social game, some information is visible to other players — for example your display name, avatar, country, level, leaderboard position, and any content you submit to public feeds. Keep this in mind when choosing what to upload.
• Legal reasons. We may disclose data where required by law, regulation, or legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of FootLegion, our users, or the public.
• Business transfers. If FootLegion is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, data may be transferred as part of that transaction; we will notify you of any change in control or use of your personal data.

We do not currently share data with advertising or betting partners. If this ever changes, we will update this Policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.

We and our service providers may process your data in countries other than your own, including Kazakhstan and other regions where our infrastructure and providers operate. These countries may have different data-protection laws. Where required, we put appropriate safeguards in place (such as standard contractual clauses) to protect your data when it is transferred internationally.

We keep your personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. If you delete your account or remain inactive for an extended period, we delete or anonymize your personal data — except where we must keep it to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements. Aggregated or anonymized data that no longer identifies you may be kept longer.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you;
• correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
• delete your data;
• restrict or object to certain processing;
• receive your data in a portable format;
• withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal;
• lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

To exercise any of these rights, email welcome@footlegion.com. You can also revoke FootLegion’s access to your Google account at any time in your Google Account settings, under Security → Third-party access.

The Service uses cookies and similar local-storage technologies that are necessary to sign you in, keep you logged in, remember your preferences, and run the app. We may also use limited analytics storage to understand how the Service is used so we can improve it. You can control or clear this storage through your browser settings; disabling essential storage may break parts of the Service.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top and, for material changes, provide a more prominent notice within the Service. Your continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
