Terms of Service

By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, and that you are able to form a binding agreement with us. If you use the Service, these Terms apply to you.

You sign in to the Service using Google Sign-In. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account, for keeping your access secure, and for the accuracy of the information you provide, including your date of birth.

Unless we expressly allow otherwise, you may hold only one account and may not share, sell, or transfer it. Notify us promptly at welcome@footlegion.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account. We may refuse, reclaim, or reset usernames and may suspend accounts where reasonably necessary to run the Service fairly.

The Service is free to use. We do not sell in-game advantages, currency, or items, and there are no required purchases to play or compete. Everything in the game is earned through play. If we ever introduce optional paid features, we will describe them clearly at that time and these Terms will be updated accordingly.

The Service includes virtual items, in-game currencies (for example “goals” and “balls”), and other rewards. These:

• have no monetary value and are not your property; we grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable licence to use them within the Service;
• cannot be purchased, sold, or exchanged for real money or anything of value outside the Service;
• may be transferred between players only where, and to the extent, the game’s features expressly allow;
• may be changed, adjusted, suspended, or removed by us — including for game balancing, fraud prevention, or if the Service changes or ends.

You are not entitled to any refund or compensation for virtual items, currency, or progress.

From time to time the Service may run contests, rankings, or promotions that offer rewards or prizes. Additional rules may apply to a specific promotion, and where those rules conflict with these Terms, the promotion rules govern that promotion.

Unless expressly stated, prizes are non-transferable, have no cash alternative, and may be subject to eligibility requirements, identity verification, local-law restrictions, and applicable taxes, for which the recipient is responsible. We may modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion, and may disqualify anyone who breaches these Terms or attempts to manipulate results. Promotions are void where prohibited by law.

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• cheat, or use bots, scripts, automation, or any tool to gain an unfair advantage or to manipulate scores, rankings, or rewards;
• create multiple or fake accounts, or collude to abuse game mechanics, referrals, or rewards;
• exploit bugs or vulnerabilities instead of reporting them to us;
• access the Service by unauthorized means, or interfere with, overload, or disrupt the Service or its security;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, except where the law expressly permits;
• upload or share content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, harassing, sexual, deceptive, or otherwise objectionable;
• impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity or affiliation;
• use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable law.

We may investigate suspected breaches and take action, including removing content and suspending or terminating accounts.

“Your content” means anything you submit, upload, or post to the Service — photos, videos, captions, text, and similar material. You keep ownership of your content.

By submitting your content, you grant FootLegion a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt, modify, publish, publicly display and perform, and distribute your content, in any media and on any platform — including third-party social networks — for the purpose of operating, providing, promoting, and marketing the Service. This licence continues, to the extent needed, for content you have shared publicly or that others have re-shared, even after you remove it.

You represent and warrant that: you own or have all rights and permissions needed to submit your content and grant this licence; your content does not infringe anyone’s rights or break any law; and where your content includes other people — for example photos of relatives or other third parties — you have their consent for it to be used as described.

You are solely responsible for your content. We do not pre-screen content, but we may remove or restrict any content at our discretion.

Except for your content, the Service and all of its materials — including software, design, text, graphics, logos, the “FootLegion” name, game mechanics, in-game characters, and other content — are owned by FootLegion or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial enjoyment, subject to these Terms. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

The Service relies on third-party services, including Google Sign-In and notification and hosting providers. Your use of those services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them. Any links to third-party sites or platforms are provided for convenience only; we do not endorse and are not responsible for their content or practices.

You may stop using the Service at any time and may request deletion of your account (see our Privacy Policy). We may suspend or terminate your access, in whole or in part, at any time — with or without notice — if you breach these Terms, if we suspect fraud or abuse, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service.

On termination, your licence to use the Service ends and your virtual items and progress may be lost. Provisions that by their nature should survive — including the content licence, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law — survive termination.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not warrant that the Service will always be available, secure, or free of bugs, and we may modify or discontinue features at any time. Nothing here excludes warranties that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FootLegion will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, virtual items, or progress, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and consumers keep any mandatory rights granted by the law of their country of residence.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold FootLegion harmless from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms or of any law or third-party rights.

We may change, update, or discontinue the Service or any part of it at any time. We may also update these Terms; when we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top and, for material changes, provide notice within the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. This does not deprive you of any protection you are entitled to under the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. These Terms — together with the Privacy Policy and any promotion-specific rules — make up the entire agreement between you and FootLegion regarding the Service.
